What Does This Warranty Cover? This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions with your new Hitting KnobTM

How Long Does The Coverage Last? This warranty lasts from the date of purchase up to 1 year after the date of purchase

What Will Hitting KnobTM Do? Hitting KnobTM will replace or repair any defective or malfunctioning Hitting KnobTM at no charge.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover? Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood) are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

How Do You Get Service? In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST return the defective or malfunctioning Hitting KnobTM within 3-5 business days of the requested repair or exchange. All replacements will be processed within 7-10 business days. Proof of purchase is required.

If something goes wrong with your Hitting KnobTM please email Hitting KnobTM at info@hittingknob.com  to request repair or replacement, and list a brief description of the problem. 

How Does State Law Apply? This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
